For the safety of all guests, every passenger is required to watch the safety video and complete a liability waiver before boarding the boat. This must be completed prior to the rental date.All guests must review the rules, safety expectations, and rental guidelines. No passenger will be allowed to board without a completed waiver on file.Please make sure each person in your party completes their own waiver before arrival to avoid delays on the day of your rental.
By booking this appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed the safety etiquette video provided on this website and have reviewed and signed the required liability waiver.
You understand that every passenger must complete their own waiver before boarding. Passengers who have not completed the required waiver may not be permitted to board.
You also acknowledge that KCI Investments will not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or violations caused by passengers during the rental. A refundable incidental fee of $200 is required and will be returned after the rental, provided there are no damages, violations, excessive cleaning needs, or other issues reported.
